Waking & Sleeping Prayers

Oh Blessed Adonai; you who do not slumber. I entrust my Soul unto You for safekeeping this night. I ask only that you grant unto me a peaceful rest, and allow that I may reawaken in the morning.

Blessed are you, Adonai, who has restored my Soul to me this morning. I thank you for your infinite mercy, and the rest you have granted me through the night; you are the source of all healing through the breath that renews my body and Spirit.
